Scottish referees' strike to go ahead this weekend after talks with the SFA break down

The Scottish Football Association have announced that the country's referees will go ahead strike action after prevention talks came to no avail.

One Sunday the Scottish referees' association voted whether to strike and withdraw their labour after being the victims of abuse and criticism from fans and players, and the decision was finalised and the FA was informed last night at midnight.

The story is too old to be commented.
