Polish referees will not cover for striking Scots

The Scottish Football Association's plan to cope with the referees' strike this weekend has been hit by the late withdrawal of Polish replacements.

The SFA had arranged for three sets of officials to travel from Poland, and other countries, believing they had saved 11 out of 20 Scottish fixtures.

The Polish FA told BBC Scotland the refs are now required in Poland.

However, the SFA is confident it can still cover 10 matches and confirmed all six SPL matches are definitely on.

Thats not a shock. The referees keep together- world wide. They are bounded like in a religion.
