Barcelona Attacker Pedro Wants Pep Guardiola To Win Coach Of The Year

Pedro hopes Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola is awarded 2010 coach of the year.

Barcelona winger Pedro Rodriguez hopes that his boss and mentor Pep Guardiola is awarded the accolade of 2010 Coach of the Year.

The Blaugrana tactician has been shortlisted for the award alongside Real Madrid’s Jose Mourinho and Spanish national team leader Vicente Del Bosque.

Despite working alongside the latter during La Furia Roja’s World Cup win in South Africa, the 23-year-old admitted that he allegiance lies with his club coach.

Marca reports that the attacker stated: “Both are great coaches, but I would give it to Pep, although it is true that Del Bosque has done a great job, winning the World Cup for Spain.”

The story is too old to be commented.
