I don't think Chelsea has what it takes to win the EPL this season. The main problem being the lack of young players.

How many players in the starting XI are above 30? 7, 8? They desperately need to buy some new youngsters to strengthen their squad. How about revamping the whole squad?

Clearly, Roman has no intentions of spending endlessly like 5 years ago but he needs to see that the squad is starting to "stain". Perhaps he should promote youngsters from the B team if money is the source of this problem.

If you look at the bench the oldest one is a 25 y.o (Kalou) and there's even a 17 year old!

And what good can Kalou do?

karim2169d ago

Kalou is lucky to play for Chelsea,he's just a super-sub (sometimes)

lol Guru you should look at their bench, they full of young players, but that their real problem lies, they need player that can make an instant impact, in Chelsea case they don't have the player that can make that instant impact off the bench, also they need an assistant manager that Carlos can trust on

That sacking of Wilkins hammered our season no matter what the club says it made an impact of our performances
