Arsene Wenger admitted Arsenal had been given a “good warning” by Leeds United but it would have been a “shocker” to have been eliminated from the FA Cup by Championship opposition at home.
Arsenal needed a last-minute penalty from Cesc Fabregas to avoid being knocked out of the FA Cup in the third round for the first time in Wenger’s 15-year reign at the club.
They were lucky with the "soft" penalty who was given.
