Monday night saw Manchester United’s youngsters beat Portsmouth 3-2 in the FA Youth Cup third round, and the opener of the night was incredible.
Having arrived in a wave of controversy from Le Havre, 17-year-old Paul Pogba has somewhat faded into the background at Old Trafford as he learns his trade in the youth team. The French midfielder however came roaring back into the spotlight against Pompey, making a great impression in front of heavy-hitters David Gill, Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Bobby Charlton, who were watching in the stands.
