Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis insists that Edinson Cavani will not be sold in the summer, even if a €50million offer comes from Manchester City.
The Campania-based club currently have the 23-year-old forward on loan from Palermo, with the option to make the move permanent for a fee of €15m.
