Egypt yesterday battered a Harambee Stars rookie side 5-1 to romp to the finals of the inaugural Nile Basin Tournament in Egypt.
Striker Ahmed Belal, 30, who had not played an international game in seven years, scored a hat-trick. His first came just after 13 minutes to put Egypt in front before striker Al-Sayed Hamdi added the second.
