Shaun Wright-Phillips is close to agreeing a move to Fulham which will see the England winger join on loan before signing on a permanent basis in the summer.
City, who originally wanted a transfer fee for Wright-Phillips this month, have offered Fulham a compromise whereby the Londoners will pay a £4million transfer fee in the summer provided they stay in the Premier League
