Tony Evans, The Times’ Football Editor, has told talkSPORT that he believes Fernando Torres will move to Chelsea in this transfer window.
It has been reported that Chelsea have already had a bid for the World Cup winning striker rejected.
But, it is understood the Spaniard will try and force a move to Stamford Bridge before the deadline on Monday.
Evans revealed: “I think it’s going to be a really disappointing time for Liverpool supporters and I think very soon the news will break all over the place that Fernando Torres intends to leave Liverpool and it will happen very, very soon.”
