The goalscoring return of Lucas Barrios in the starting line-up helped ensure that champions elect Borussia Dortmund returned to winning ways as they completed the double over Wolfsburg with a 3-0 victory. Barrios, Nuri Sahin and Mats Hummels were on the scoresheet although the contribution of the impregnable Dortmund backline should not be forgotten.
