FIFA says it is investigating the possibility of match-fixing at an international doubleheader played in neutral Turkey.
Suspicions of a betting scam were raised because all seven goals in the Estonia-Bulgaria and Latvia-Bolivia friendlies last week were scored on penalty shots.
FIFA says it has asked for match reports from each of the national federations.
The probe is expected to focus on an agency that arranged the back-to-back games in Antalya and the Hungarian match officials.
