According to a report in La Gazzetta dello Sport, Italian side Roma are set to rescind the contract of Brazilian striker Adriano with immediate effect.
The 29-year-old joined the Giallorossi from Flamengo in the summer of 2010, but the powerful attacker's stay in the Italian capital has not been a success so far, having played just a handful of matches this season and mainly warming the bench.
