Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will appeal against The FA charge of improper conduct.
The charge relates to comments made by the Old Trafford boss on MUTV following the 2-1 defeat to Chelsea.
Ferguson was unhappy with referee Martin Atkinson’s failure to send off David Luiz and awarding the Blues a ‘soft’ penalty.
