• Carlo Ancelotti sees room for improvement by Brazilian • 'He has to know English football. He has to be more calm'
Carlo Ancelotti has expressed his satisfaction with David Luiz's eye-catching form at Chelsea following his £21.6m move from Benfica but believes there is still room for improvement when it comes to the Brazil international's defending. The centre-half has impressed in his two starts in the Premier League to date, not least as an attacking force, and has appeared comfortable on the ball and a natural partner for John Terry at the heart of the champions' defence. However, he still conceded a stoppage-time penalty at Fulham on his first full appearance – Clint Dempsey's attempt was saved by Petr Cech – and might have been dismissed for a series of challenges against Manchester United on Tuesday.
