He may have left the Manchester United trio floundering in the creation of Liverpool's opening goal and orchestrated an emphatic triumph to an extent that eclipsed a hat-trick from Dirk Kuyt but the Uruguay international has asked Liverpool supporters for patience as he struggles to adapt to the Premier League.

Some partnership that is best in the league?
He's only able to play once every 2 weeks, since he's cup-tied for Europa League. So we're not seeing the best of him yet. But by next season, he'll be at his absolute best, alongwith Andy Carroll. They'll make a fearsome strike partnership.
With LFC looking to add some quality wingers to their squad in the summer, it'll be one hell of an attacking team.
