Arsenal legend Bob Wilson believes his former club must compete with the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea in the transfer market if they have any hope of ending their trophy drought.

They need to pay the stadium first. They've done fairly well even after selling all of their stars and buying cheap. Once the stadium is paid for then the board needs to talk about spending on stars to Wenger.
