Sporting Kansas City announced on Monday that the club has signed Brazilian defender Julio Cesar, who will occupy an international spot on the team's roster.
The 32-year-old has played for both AC Milan and Real Madrid during his club career, which also includes time with Spanish sides Real Sociedad and Real Valladolid as well as Portuguese outfit Benfica.
