Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has given his support to defender Eric Abidal following confirmation that he has a tumor in his liver and says that everyone at the club is behind him.
Abidal will undergo surgery on Thursday and Rosell has given his best wishes to the Frenchman ahead of the operation.
