Harry Redknapp is adamant he has not lost the plot when he says that Tottenham can win the Premier League title in the next few years.
Spurs' 0-0 draw against West Ham on Saturday saw his team drop 14 points behind Premier League leaders Manchester United.
The north Londoners had an outside chance of making a late tilt at the championship until a recent run of poor form saw them drop to fifth.
With nine matches of the season remaining, Spurs are now outsiders in the race for fourth, with four points separating them and fourth-placed Manchester City, although they have a game in hand.
Redknapp has never shied away from suggesting that Tottenham should deserve to be grouped in the same category as heavyweights Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea, and with the likes of Gareth Bale, Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart in his squad, he is convinced the club are capable of winning a title in the next few years.
Sure they can. But I guess they wont. Spurs beeing among top 4 they should be more than satisfied for the next 4 years.
