Roma have edged closer to solving their take-over crisis, with American entrepreneur Thomas R. DiBenedetto arriving in the Italian capital to seal his 60 per cent share in the Giallorossi.
DiBenedetto will meet with Unicredit, the current club shareholders, to clarify the final points of the deal, which will allow the Italian-American's consortium to become the majority owner of the team.
