Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin has been ruled out for the rest of the season with of a partial tear to his left medial ligament.
The 22-year-old picked up the knock in his side's 3-0 league win over Freiburg on Sunday afternoon and was forced to leave the pitch after only 28 minutes of play as a result.
