PSV coach Fred Rutten has expressed his dismay with the referee's decision to dismiss Orlando Engelaar in the 53rd minute of his side's 3-1 Eredivisie loss against Feyenoord on Sunday afternoon.
PSV were trailing 1-0 at the time of Engelaar's red card, but were pushing for an equaliser. The Eindhoven side equalised through Ola Toivonen at the hour mark, but were eventually beaten in De Kuip.
