Lokomotiv Moscow are keen to sign Utrecht star Dries Mertens, according to Voetbal International.
Both parties were allegedly close to reaching an agreement previously before negotiations broke down, but Mertens' agent has made contact with the former Russian champions and is said to be waiting for a new offer for the 23-year-old.
