It was at old trafford, there was a lot of pressure, Chelsea shud thank him, they wud finish second this year instead of 4th or 5th..

Carlo is world-class. There won't be too many better managers for Chelsea out there who are available this summer.

The key to success is stability, there's no point in firing a manager every couple seasons. It gets expensive and doesn't give the coach time to put his stamp on the team.

The fact that he brought us to second after our relegation form in the middle of the season is good enough. Let him have a few more seasons before calling for his head.
