Then we will see City in CL next year. I don`t like it but thats the fact

no_more_heroes4733d ago

If Tottenham were known for cavalier, free-scoring, what-is-this-"defense&quo t;-thing-you-speak-of play in CL this season (until they met Milan), then City will be the conservative, tactical, what-is-this-"attack" ;-thing-you-speak-of polar opposite to that. How far they'll go, I don't know.

freeduck4733d ago (Edited 4733d ago )

Useless spurs. They don't deserve CL or Europa. Maxi scored more goals this season than all of their strikers combined. Hope Liverpool can give them a beating this weekend
Good news now is that Bale, VDV are up for grabs in the summer

you`re high these days my friend... But you must see the hole season, not only the last month. And Liverpool went out from Europe league WITH Dalglish as manager! Spurs went to quaterf in CL...just has to mention that for you....

Mozilla894733d ago

I don't think Bale or VDV will leave. If the owner promises reinforcements and they go out and sign that quality striker they've been looking for I see no reason why they wouldn't want to come back and attempt to finish in the top four again.

Vherostar4733d ago (Edited 4733d ago )

They will be no doubt leaving (VDV and Bale) but they wont be going to liverpool to play in europa league they will goto a CL team me thinks VDV only joined spurs as they qualified for CL hes too high calibre to be a europa contender. As for Bale well.. Maybe he will be sold for a load of money or maybe he will show hes the next 1 season wonder only time will tell.

Being a Liverpool supporter myself, I can understand where you're coming from. But I have to disagree with you on this one. No one, and I mean NO ONE, can claim they deserve to be in the CL without qualifying for it. Not even ManU, Arsenal or Chelsea.

Man City have invested heavily on players and are getting the rewards for it. At one point they were 2nd place in the league table. While Liverpool were stuck in and around the relegation zone. We can blame whoever we want, but the cold hard fact is that we started the season horribly and are paying the price for it now.

Well begun is half-done. Man City had a great first-half of the season, and thus, they can afford to have occasional slip-ups towards the end. The simple solution is "consistent results" throughout the season.

Indeed lets hope so! Watching the game at Eastlands this weekend can't wait.

There are going to be six teams competing for the top four spots next season, wow. Can England get more spots?

This is way I watch EPL, over any other league. Its flipping amazing that any team can rise in the ranks. I live in the states, but I plan on going to an EPL game when ever I'm in the area :)

good luck keeping up with arsenal. see redknapp, you see how hard it is staying in the champions league regularly? you thought it was easy? a few months ago he was dissing arsenal every chance he got, so he got what was coming to him. i dont have anything against the team. i just dont like redknapp. hope he shuts his fat ass up now!
