Former Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor has suggested Arsene Wenger lacks the motivational skills of Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.
Arsenal have failed to pick up any silverware for the sixth successive season under Wenger after once again losing form in the final third of the season.
Adebayor, 27, rates Wenger highly and feels his old club are "not far off" sweeping all before them, but he reckons the Frenchman would do well to take a leaf out of Jose Mourinho's book.
