Manchester City's Joe Hart receives Barclays Golden Glove award

England No.1 wins prize for the first time after keeping 17 clean sheets, beating off competition from the likes of Petr Cech and Edwin van der Sar with one game to go.

The story is too old to be commented.

Great keeper. England are lucky to have him.

Van Der Sar was the better keeper this season. He really saved us on a few occasions. It would have also been a nice parting gift from the Premier League. I can't really complain because it was for clean sheets.

Exactly if van Der Saar really is the better keeper than you obviously have a worse defence than City I mean you cant have it both ways.. I dont think he is better than hart though maybe in his prime he was.

Easily the best keeper in the Prem! Well deserved! :D
Oh and to all you United fans, how old is Joe Hart and how old is VDS? Theres a massive age difference and Joe Harts already better than VDS with less experience!
