Bent fears United will land Ash

Aston Villa striker Darren Bent fears Manchester United will prove too strong a lure for his Villa Park team-mate Ashley Young this summer.

Young has only one year remaining of his current contract at Villa and is being linked with a move to either Manchester United or Liverpool.

But Bent hopes Young can stay for at least one more season at Villa as the duo prepare to meet up next week for England's Euro 2012 qualifier against Switzerland at Wembley on June 4.

He has his reasons. United buys the best players, and when Ferguson puts his eyes on a player, he normally gets him.

He does. No doubt. And its easy to understand. Who doesnt want to play for a club who gets to the fight for the titles to the very end on evrything, almost evry season?

3 Champions League finals in 4 years, any player would want that.

Do we really need another winger, it's our central midfield that needs sorting out.
Plus isn't A.Young an Arsenal fan?

We don't need another winger. Park, Giggs, Valencia and Nani are plenty good. I can even see Fabio playing some matches on the right wing. We really need central mids since Scholes is a question mark for next season and we really need a playmaker type in that spot. A defender or two would be good since I'd rather have injured players on the pitch than Evans. A replacement for VDS goes without saying too.

We are good. For some reason I trust Sir. Alex Fergusons opinion in that, more than my own. If he wants to buy, I guess its for the better for us.

Montolivo is my first choice!

Giggs is close to retirement and I get the feeling we will cash in on Nani in the summer. A player like Young would flourish at United.
