Palermo owner Maurizio Zamparini has confirmed Javier Pastore could be on his way out of the cub this summer.
Argentina international Pastore, 21, has been linked with a number of clubs around Europe and his agent, Marcelo Simonian, said earlier this month: "I cannot confirm 100% that Javier Pastore will continue at Palermo.
