With a number of big money transfers already gone through (or at least going through), it looks set to be a summer of squad rebuilding for many teams and perhaps big spending.
With Chelsea looking to rebuild an aging team, Manchester United bringing through more youth, Manchester City and their millions and Spurs and Arsenal both needing to strengthen certain areas in particular, there will always be some money being thrown about somewhere.
