Kenny Dalglish could take Liverpool’s summer transfer spending to more than £35 million by the end of the week should he lodge bids for both Charlie Adam and Scott Dann, but the Scot will face competition from Arsenal if he chooses to step up his interest in the Birmingham defender.
Arsenal fans will be lucky if he even spends 2p.
A month or so ago, Liverpool were linked with the likes of Aguero, Mata, Coentrao, Hazard, Marin, Sanchez, etc. These days, it's Scott Dann, Charlie Adam, Jordan Henderson(bought already), Stewart Downing, Connor Wickham, etc. I wonder what happened? Because there's clearly a big gap between the quality of the players in the first and second group.
