Palermo's Javier Pastore could be on his way to Napoli as president Maurizio Zamparini will not exclude a move to Campania for the Argentine playmaker.
Zamparini's words come on the day Napoli chief Aurelio De Laurentiis said Marek Hamsik, linked with AC Milan, could be sold.
