Chelsea have announced they have loaned out defender Jeffrey Bruma to Hamburg for the 2011-12 season.
The Dutch defender will help fill the void created by Joris Mathijsen's departure from Hamburg to Malaga earlier in the summer for a reported fee of €2.5 million.
