Fair Play rules leave clubs with unwanted players in a dormant market

Ajax is the winner, when this rule would be place :)

And indeed.. We got the best youth acedamy and then big clubs cant buy many big players anymore and we can challenge them again as in 95!

Real Madrid doesnt need to worry abut this.But I wish that this will stop real from buying players as a real fan I really want to see real use there youth players from there academy!
