Fernando Gago was phenomenal in the mid-field, the guy has been on the bench for the entire season at madrid and look how he performed. The defense still looks shaky.
The only thing that surprised me in this game was that kid Campbell from Costa Rica, he looked good even though the rest of the team was not so much. As for Argentina this does not make them look much better than they were during the game before this one IMO. If they don't improve especially in taking their chances a tougher team will easily beat them in the next round.

I want Argentina to succeed but wounldn't read too much into this. I wouldn't exactly call Costa Rica a footballing powerhouse.
