The off-season has seen a long list of Asian talent head to Europe, including promising youngsters like Japan's Takashi Usami, South Korea's Ji Dong-Won and Australia's Mathew Leckie.
Following on from the instant success of Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund after his move from Cerezo Osaka, special attention needs to be paid to Asian players who are ready to break out in the 2011-12 season.
