The agent of Hamburger SV striker Eljero Elia has confirmed that Juventus have made an offer for the Dutch international.
The versatile attacker has been linked away with a move away from the German club for much of the summer and Wolfsburg, Liverpool and Juventus have all been rumoured to be chasing his signature.
