Schalke sporting director Horst Heldt has stated that Rubin Kazan have made an enquiry about the availability of Netherlands international Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
Rubin have been struggling to find their best form this season and sit only joint fifth in the league table after 19 games. Therefore, they're looking to bolster their attack and they've earmarked Huntelaar as the perfect addition to their squad.
