I think he might be having a very SHORT season.... ... wouldn't surprise me if he gets fired after a few more of these performances, with Hiddink possibly stepping down from the Turkey job to take over.
There's no way he's going to get fired. He's had two games in charge that led to 1 win and 1 draw, give him a break.
Besides I think Roman knows he has to give a coach some time now and he didn't pay 13 mil pounds just to fire him and pay him compensation this quickly.
That being said, the side did lack pace and I think he realized he made a mistake starting Kalou again. At least he subbed him in half an hour.
Yeah, especially the first 45 mins. Probably some of the worst football I've seen by the team for a while. I couldn't believe how slow the team was.
However at least they started picking it in the second half. Maybe instead of starting strong and then running out of steam part way through the season like the past couple years we'll hopefully start picking it up as the season goes on. As long as we can pick up the three points I'll be happy.
AVB is for the long term..Even Ron Gourlay said that..Plus we only lack creativity..Modric and Mata would be ideal! And I hope Rajkovic gets a work permit

And i can guarantee you that AVB will not get fired even if he dosent win anything... he is investment...
