Harry Redknapp insists there is no chance of Luka Modric leaving Tottenham before the transfer deadline passes on Tuesday night.
The Croatia midfielder has been the subject of firm interest from Chelsea this summer and there had been suggestions the deal could be revived before the summer window closes at 11pm.
But Redknapp said he was "one million per cent" convinced that chairman Daniel Levy would not sell Modric.
Levy has been adamant that Modric will not be allowed to leave White Hart Lane, and even though the 25-year-old asked not to play in Sunday's clash with Manchester City, according to Redknapp, the club's stance remains the same.
... and he's been very inconsistent in his performances.
If it's true that Chelsea are offering 40 million(!) plus a player, I'd carry him to Chelsea on my back if I were Harry.
