I think you don't know how the Fifa Ranking system work do you? They rank the team of their consistency such as how many games they won, how consistence they are in the later round etc, is not really base on if you win World Cup or some kind of trophy, but winning those trophy does boost the ranking but not as much as people would think though

I do dont worry . I just usually find thir system flawed and hardly the best barometer .

Not that i have anything to say against the Netherlands team mind you . I'm actually a fan .
