Phil Jones said the personal touch convinced him to join Manchester United ahead of other Premier League clubs during the summer.
Jones, 19, emerged as one of the finest young players in England during his time at Blackburn, and Arsenal saw a bid rejected in 2010 while Liverpool expressed serious interest in his services during the summer.
Blackburn did good business in selling him for £16MIL, then they bought in a better center half in Dann for £6mil!
Anyway wish we would of put more effort in signing him, hes a great future prospect and im sure everyone will agree with that, hes a bit shaky but he will learn after all hes only 19.
