Al-Wasl coach Diego Maradona has ruled out a move for wantaway Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez because he is too expensive.
Maradona, who was dismissed as Argentine national coach after last year's World Cup, joined the Dubai-based club this summer and has rich backers who have already spent over £10 million to bring in new players.
He has guided the side to two wins after an opening run of three defeats, but was humbled 5-0 in the Etisalat Cup by Dubai on Saturday and was asked if the capture of Tevez would help turn the club around.
