HUGH Jackman turned down a chance to invest in his beloved Norwich City football team – just before they went on a winning streak.
The Real Steel star has become a fan of the Canaries as his mum lives in the city, and he has even visited their home ground of Carrow Road.
And he revealed that he regrets passing up the opportunity to be a part owner in the club shortly before they won promotion.
He told BBC Radio Five Live: "Sometimes I make big mistakes. I got a letter about a year ago saying, 'Being such a huge Norwich City fan would I like to be a celebrity investor?', like a small part-owner.
Thought Wolves might have been more to his liking.
