Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed that he would like to sign Manchester City forward Carlos Tevez, but has said that his side cannot afford to meet the player’s wage demands.
The Argentine star is currently out-of-favour with City boss Roberto Mancini and has been fined by the club for allegedly refusing to come on as a substitute in a Champions League match against Bayern Munich last month.
