He's probably too young to move to an English club, and there is no point in going if you just sit on the bench. Besides, he's pretty successful on the Dutch fields.

It's in his personal best interest to keep developing and playing every week, and when he;s 22-23, he'll be 'done' done here and would probably earn a regular starting place at a big club.
TBH, I feel Maher from AZ might be an even bigger talent than Eriksen.
