30 millions pounds is a lot of money....
... and Wenger hasn't been that great with buying big-name players who performed well. Most Arsenal greats of the last 10-15 years were unknown players, talents, or bargains.

Why not pick up PSV's Labyad or AZ Alkmaar's Maher!? Both great talents, younger, and much cheaper.

Also, shouldn't Wilshere and Ramsey both be back and fit at the end of the season!?

I think there are wiser ways to spend 30 million pounds, instead of gambling it on 1 player.

No one needs him other than Chelsea. I don't understand all this buying a player for the sake of buying a player.

Liverpool definitaly needs a winger like Hazard Downing won't do it we lack a natural winger with enough class for top four

Yeah, but would he go? I very much doubt it unless Liverpool were to get Champions League football again.

Chelsea dont need him because they have Mata and he wants to join Real Madrid.

Madrid don't need him because they have Ronaldo.

@Buddy agree top players want champions league but we won't get top four if Downing continues to play

@ZizouZidane10 That the point Chelsea only have Matta, Malouda is shit every Chelsea fans know it, you can't rely on one man to create chances on one side of the Wing, that the reason they are linking with Willian from Shakstar
