Jurgen Klinsmann picked up the biggest win of his tenure in charge of the U.S. men's national team on Wednesday as the Americans earned a 1-0 win over Italy in a friendly at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.
Goes to show that beating Italy isn't that much of an accomplishment. I remember Mexico celebrating like crazy when they beat Italy in 2010, and then France. Good job, both teams were broken, especially France. Now that the U.S. beat Italy, and Mexico lost 2-0 against Columbia, all I hear is crickets...Good win for U.S. though, always glad to see them win.
Go us. (You see what I did there? "us"/U.S.)
