The thing about Mourinho is that he doesn't like to manage clubs for a long time. he only spends about 3 or 4 years tops at a club. I can see him managing Real for another season but he's not going to be there for a extensive amount of time.
If he wins La Liga he will probably leave Real to seek a different challenge. He is probably sick of competing with Barca and will probably want to go to the EPL
